Збройна агресія Росії проти України. Як  Clovertech долучається до боротьби

Росія прийшла до України з війною. Мы  в  компанії заздалегідь потурбуватися та проінформували наших  співробітників про можливі наступи та оперативні дії кожного.

Наша позиція щодо війни загалом  чітка та однозначна: Ми маємо всіма силами допомогти Україні вистояти в цій нерівній війні та продовжувати працювати на її благо. Ми не підтримуємо воєнну агресію Росії та засуджуємо її. 

Ми продовжуємо працювати та підтримуємо моральній дух наших співробітників. 

Зараз співробітники Сlovertech активно підтримують Україну та співвітчизників. Наразі в нас 20% колег займаються волонтерством, ще  10% вступили в тероборону, та близько 7% приєднались до кібервійськ.

Наразі майже кожен співробітник компанії перерахував кошті на підтримку ЗСУ або тероборони. Були використані “ковідні гроші”, або особисті.  

Співробітники які  здобули хороший інтернет долучилися до IT army of Ukraine 

Розіслали через SMM канали  та додавали інформацію на Google maps  людям  у Росії, щодо ситуації в Україні .

У соцмережах замінили логотип та фон у Facebook та LinkedIn на державну символіку.

Приймали участь  за допомогою нашого колеги  у закупівлі з Європи трохи снаряги у воєнторзі для Броварської територіальної оборони.

Компанія вчасно та в повному обсязі  сплачує зарплату співробітникам, податки в держбюджет. Як і більшість компаній ми зберігаємо робочі місця та заробітні плати тих співробітників, хто вирішив долучитись до тероборони та ЗСУ. Через внутрішній канал компанії інші співробітники намагаються забезпечити потребу Київської тероборони (ліки, спец захист) до складу якої входять наші герої. 

Попереду багато непростої роботи, але разом ми впораємося. Ми гідно пройдемо цю війну тільки якщо взаємодопомога буде пріоритетом. Саме ці важкі часи стануть рушієм розвитку нашої країни. Ворог буде відкинутий на десятиліття назад, а ми підемо вперед, обов’язково відновимо економіку та інфраструктуру країни.

Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine. How does Clovertech join the struggle

Russia has gone to war in Ukraine.  At our company, we took care and informed our employees of the possible invasion and prompt actions in advance.

Generally, our stance is precise and well-defined: we have to do our best to help Ukraine withstand this uneven war and continue working for the good of our country. We do not support Russia’s military aggression and condemn it.

We keep on working and supporting the morale of our employees. 

Nowadays, our colleagues actively support Ukraine and its compatriots. For the time being, around 20% of our colleagues are volunteering, another 10% have joined the Territorial Defense Forces, and around 7% of us contribute to the cyber army.

Almost every employee of the company has transferred funds to support the Armed Forces or Territorial Defense, using both personal and “COVID-19 ePidtrymka” finances. 

The employees, who have managed to have a stable Internet connection, join the IT Army of Ukraine. 

We share useful information using our SMM channels, manually add helpful data to Google Maps, and inform people in Russia about the situation in Ukraine. 

We changed our social networks’ profile pictures and cover photos on Facebook and LinkedIn to state symbols. 

Thanks to one of our colleagues, we contributed to purchasing military equipment in Europe to help the Brovary Territorial Defense. 

The company pays the salaries to the employees and taxes to the state fully and timely. Like most companies, we preserve jobs and salaries for the employees who decided to join either Territorial Defense or Armed Forces. Using the company’s internal channel, other employees try to meet the needs (medication, special protection) of the Kyiv Territorial Defense, which includes our heroes.

There is a lot of difficult work ahead, but we will certainly cope with it together. We will pass this war with dignity only if having mutual assistance as a priority. These difficult times will be the driving force of our country’s development. The enemy will give up decades of development, while we will be moving forward, and we will surely restore the country’s economy and infrastructure.
